What to Expect
Here's how I handle messages
Response Time
I typically respond within 24-48 business hours (Monday-Friday, 7am-5pm EST). If it takes longer, I'm probably deep in code or dealing with something urgent. Weekend messages will receive responses the following business day. I'll get back to you—promise.
What I Can Help With
Calculator bugs, feature requests, technical questions, partnership inquiries, privacy concerns, or general feedback. If it's about CalcWise, I want to hear it.
What I Can't Help With
Personal financial advice, medical guidance, legal counsel, or homework answers. The calculators are tools—you'll need professionals for the big decisions.
Your Privacy
I personally read and respond to every message. Your contact information is never shared or sold. See our Privacy Policy for complete details on how we handle your data.
Common Questions
Can you add calculator X?
Absolutely. Send me an email with what you need calculated and why it's useful. If it's a common use case and I can build it accurately, it goes on the list.
I found a bug—what should I do?
Email me or open a GitHub issue. Include which calculator, what inputs you used, what happened vs. what you expected, and your browser/device. The more details, the faster I can fix it.
Can I use your calculators on my website?
The code is open source on GitHub—fork it, modify it, use it. Just maintain attribution and keep the same open spirit. If you want to partner more formally, email me.
Do you offer business partnerships or advertising?
I'm open to conversations, but I won't compromise on privacy or user experience. If your proposal aligns with CalcWise's values, reach out via email.
Can I contribute code or improvements?
Yes. Check the GitHub repository for contribution guidelines. Pull requests are welcome—especially for bug fixes, new calculators, or performance improvements.
